The quality of these beans is very high! Having a little bit of everything in this sampler lets you experience it all in just one order! The flavor descriptions are accurate and it shows they love what they do and are good at it. I also really like that their selections rotate over time, so there is often something new to try.
The presentation is also nice. You can tell they take time to put together a well-constructed gift basket to wow the recipient. If you are giving this as a gift, it is as easy as ordering it and passing it on to the lucky person.
One last, but important, thing to mention is their customer service. They remembered that I had contacted them over a year ago asking if they carried a specific origin of coffee. The specific coffee I was asking about was not available at the time, but they followed up once they had those beans in stock so I could get my hands on some (and it tastes amazing!).
